Hannah + Austin's Wedding Day

Total Investment - 8000.

11am Dana + second shooter arrive at girls getting ready location (48 King Street) to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
12:30pm Second shooter meets the groom at Restoration Hotel to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
12:45pm Bride gets into her gown
1:10pm Second shooter drives Austin to First Look downtown (exact location TBD)
1:15pm Dana drives Hannah to First Look downtown (exact location TBD)
1:30pm First Look, immediately followed by bride + groom portraits downtown
2:15pm Bride, groom + photographers head to Chalmers Street/Washington Square to meet wedding party + family
2:30pm Wedding party photos downtown (Chalmers Street/Washington Square area)
3pm Family formals downtown (Chalmers Street/Washington Square area)
3:30pm Everyone heads to Cedar Room
4pm Everyone tucked away; Dana + second shooter to photograph ceremony + reception details at this time
5pm Ceremony (sunset 5:14pm)
5:30pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph lingering family photos + reception details at this time
6:30pm Reception begins
10:30pm Reception ends (photography coverage may end closer to 9:45pm)

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline (above) that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner once it is complete, so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please email me to let me know.  I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment.  Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
